Aspen Grove Asset Management was founded in 2007 as an independent financial services firm based in Franklin, Tennessee. Advisors at the firm are affiliated with Raymond James Financial Services.
As independent advisors, we offer a personalized financial strategy to each of our clients, rather than a generic investment program. Your individual portfolio is intensively managed based on your unique situation, risk tolerance, financial goals and personal preferences. Dave Crouch
Registered Principal
Mr. Crouch founded Aspen Grove Asset Management in 2007, having started his career with the venerable investment firm J.C. Bradford in Nashville in 1990. Crouch joined Franklin National Bank in 1999 as a Registered Investment Advisor Representative, and later worked with PrimeTrust Bank from 2003 to 2007, where he first became affiliated with Raymond James.
Under the Aspen Grove banner, Crouch has built a nearly $85 million portfolio with local clients, and has developed a reputation for sound investment management and results-oriented service. As an alternative to product-based financial advisors, he has built the firm's name on intensive management of personally selected individual securities portfolios.
He holds Series 7, 24, 63, 65 and Life and Health licenses, as well as a degree in Business Administration from Lipscomb University, and has served as an alderman for the City of Franklin and in leadership positions for the Franklin & Williamson County Chamber of Commerce, the Williamson County Fair Association, and various other community and non-profit organizations.
Kim Blackburn
Branch Operations Manager
Ms. Blackburn joined Aspen Grove Asset Management in 2007 as an executive assistant, and now serves as the firm’s Branch Operations Manager. She holds Series 6, Series 7 and Series 24 licenses.
As such, she is the most common point of contact for clients, and handles trade approvals, marketing and other compliance matters, bookkeeping and other key functions. She also assists clients with funds transfers.
A native of Brownsville, Tennessee, Blackburn attended Jackson State College and served as bookkeeper in the Haywood County Clerk’s Office before joining FirstSouth Bank in Brownsville, where she worked directly with the bank’s President. It was there that she was first introduced to the securities industry.
She enjoys interacting with clients and providing unparalleled service on a daily basis. If everyone happens to be on the phone and a client is sent to voicemail, Blackburn is the person who will return your call.
